Any problems with agencies paying on time?

Is anyone having any problems with getting invoices paid on-time? I am wondering whether there are any agents that I should avoid because they are having cash-flow problems.

There are an increasing number of agents that only allow monthly billing but this does not necessarily indicate cash-flow problems but if an agent if regularly failing to pay its bills on time (whether weekly or monthly) then this definitely indicates that they have a financial problem.

It would be interesting to see if there are any agents that are frequently stalling their invoice payments.
