Yep, but you always get the numpties that reply to all.Originally posted by thunderlizard View PostI understand why people do it, but I feel there's something rude about sending invitations by the bcc method. It gives the impression that you don't trust your guests with each others' contact details (perhaps true in your case), or that you think they wouldn't come if they know who else was coming. So, in my book you accidentally did right, and that's why nobody complained.
Got invite to mate's 40th. At the bottom she'd written "Please do not reply to all". I still got 17 further emails from people who obviously couldn't cope with simple instructions, including one that said "Apologies for my last email - I didn't intend to reply all"

It is a real charity. I have permission from my parish priest and the diocese is aware. If anyone wants to PM me I will send contact details so it can be checked out.Originally posted by Paula View PostIs this a real charity or another internet fantasist looking to swindle people out of their money? I think now I might get Mrs BP to do some of her 'special' cakes. Though I dont have the main ingredient at the moment.
On the plus side at least donations have now reached £165 which is brilliant news!

So far no-one has complained - but its only time. One contact is a pimp now - guess he will be rubbing his hands with glee.
What is the best way of killing myself?
Next time ask me

Why does anyone need to be forced to listen to his rambles, spend enough time on here and you will come across one of his whinges and be compelled to listen as he wets himself while locked in the stationery cupboard one on the phone to his mummyOriginally posted by fullyautomatix View PostOh dear ! Slitting your wrists is also not good enough for this kind of blunder. You should be tied up and put in a dark small room and made to listen to Suity ramble on and on about his gigs.
