If I was to go through the whole raising of the kids thing again, the things I would definitely do:
No TVs in bedrooms
No Broadband internet- esp wifi & limited to single 'puter downstairs
Cheap as chips emergency use only phone
Fook any peer pressure
Fook ICT lessons in schools - emphasis should be on reading & writing
