    I have a couple of weeks bench time so went down to the Old Bailey today to see a couple of cases. Who needs Jeremy Kyle when you can have it all live In the docks today - a man who has unsuccessfully evaded Hector of £30,000 and the second was a robbery of a man who got lucky at a bookies.

    N.B. Bring a cushion as those benches give you serious bum ache
