    On Thursday I did 2.5 mile swim(iron man distance) followed 120 mile cycle(iron man distance). Last 4 days I have ran 9 miles (14.5km or a third of a marathon which is iron man distance).

    My event is August 18th/19th.

    Sorry, couldn't be bothered looking for the fattie thread.

    Just wanted to say I'm popping out now for a quick 12k run. While I'm gone, down another Mars Bar or two for me (deep fat fried, of course.)
