Excess of colour blinds the eye.
Pollution of sounds deafens the ear.
Overindulgence in food hurts the palate.
Craving and chasing make the mind race.
Sensual pursuits lead astray.

I know, seems that as I am a jolly good chap, that will do !
Had a telephone interview some time ago for a job in Norwich, I wasn't very keen and showed little enthusiasm and virtually none of the technical skills required (lots of yeah I have heard of that but never used it). The bloke finished with 'sounds like you are just what we're looking for' !!! Clearly NOT I replied...

Go out and get hammered. That always helps.Originally posted by lukemgThink I have just blown an interview, did well on the competency side but struggled on a supposed ITIL technical side which was looking for lists regurgitated from the books. Would have well suited me, good candy, 7 miles from home, nice big co, 3 months with mention of at least another 8.....gutted.
