Simon Peter must have been quite handy with a sword.Originally posted by norrahe View Post
Well the apostles weren't exactly known for their fighting skills.
They got rid of Judas and he was the only one who was any good.

Simon Peter cut off an ear. John 18:10 Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the high priest's servant, cutting off his right ear. (The servant's name was Malchus.)Originally posted by norrahe View PostWell the apostles weren't exactly known for their fighting skills.

Last night we got a babysitter in for baby BP so the 4 of us could go to the Easter Vigil - 3 hour service. The twins were altar servers. One of the other altar servers managed to use their candle to set fire to a piece of paper!

Serves you right. My three kids got about 30 eggs between them (including from CM and Churchy).Originally posted by NotAllThere View PostNo Easter Eggs for us. Probably because we had rabbit stew last night...
Once the eggs were safely stored we let the cat out to hunt down the Easter bunny.
