Team America World Police - this guy wasn't hosting stuff in US or going to the US - when did we put them in charge of our justice system?

He has not commited a crime His website merely had urls pointing to other websites just like Google does.

He has audacity to hide behind Google - "Mr O'Dwyer has argued that TVShack did not store copyright material itself and merely directed uiusers to other sites, making it similar to Google.", it so totally isn't because unlike him Google does not primarily contains links to dodgy sites that feck over right holders.

US is more or less the only country that actually goes extra mile to deal with cybercrime, the reason people call UK/US extradiction treaty one sided is because police in UK does not give a fook about things that US actually wants to deal with.

I wonder if this guy is paying for lawyers with the money he earned from his site or claims legal aid.
As you bad repped me for saying before - we make our own laws here and anyone who prefers the USA is more than welcome to flip off there

    Compare that with

BBC News Manchester - Kieran Large death: John Foster jailed for killing friend

John Foster, 30, of Leigh, Greater Manchester, punched Kieran Large in the ribs and head at a flat in Richmond Drive in the town last September.

A post-mortem examination confirmed he died from internal injuries.

Foster was charged with murder but pleaded guilty to manslaughter at Liverpool Crown Court and was sentenced to four years and six months in prison.
