Ben and Jerry's festival (Clapham Common) is good for little ones. Usually got some reasonable bands, although no-one huge. And as much free icecream as you can eat.

Yah that looks fun, much better than sonisphere my missus wants to drag me to. I'm only bothered about seeing Faith No More so a bit of a waste for 3 days

But that sounds more value for money and probably more fun really
Not been but actually looks like a good option for my this years staycation. Its at Lulworth castle again.

My 2 are under 10, so £470 if we get one of the nice camping spots.

Probably worth it just to see MR TUMBLE!!!!
It's expensive camping for middle class families.

Good fun, but pricey for what you get, considering they don't get real headliners. Be prepared for LOTS of kids.

Went to V Festival last year. Bit too kiddie bands for my liking.

Camping wasn't great. Camping areas were rammed - tents almost touching each other.
No showers and dont get me started on the toilets. Minging dirty and 30 mins queue in the morning. Nearly shat myself the once waiting.

If I ever go again, I'll be hiring a campervan methinks (although not cheap are they to hire I see - and robbing dogs at V festival charge £100 extra if you got a van)

Never been but that looks really good for the kids, may give it a go. Ours are both under 10 so had never considered the festival thing appropriate but if Mr Tumble is there, i'm sold!

Mate of mine went last year. Had a great time. Very family oriented.

It was at Lulworth Castle. Doesn't it change location every year?
