Work smarter not harder

Not surprised to see Norway there with most productive least hours worked near the top of the table.

Work and family life are so integrated with the people they know what needs doing long before the order. Difficult to described without going there to see for yourself. Work is seen as a necessary evil the sooner it's done the sooner it's finished. It could never happen the UK, too political and Bureaucratic.
