Cant stand fatties like that. Once you start developing a podge, no matter how "depressed/pathetic other excuse", one should think, by gawd, soon I'll be uglier and fatter than michelle mc-bigmac-a-manous and get dieting.

The question is, if you left them on a desert island with nothing but fresh water and some vegetation for essential nutrients, would there be a dead fat person or an angry thin person waiting for you when you went back 6 months later. I assume they could go a few months without major calorific intake. Be interesting to know how many months.

If not at least give him a gastric bypass - though I am not sure if he would survive the op...

It always amazes me how people can afford to eat that much food it must cost them/us a fortune, i know they get benefits but surely its not enough to afford all that food

The next time Mr Mann asks one of his carers to fetch him a 'quick snack' at 3am (ie: 5 KFC megabuckets) just say NO.

The carers should try to help him though. My brother-out-law was a carer. The disabled person spent £500 in a month calling up sex lines.

My BOL arranged for a pro to come in - far cheaper!

Keith Mann is a great advertisement for privatizing the NHS and bringing a bit of good old fashioned personal responsibility back, instead of simply sponging off the state.

One only has to look to America to see that removing free healthcare does not keep people slim and healthy
