Interestingly, Brown has no authority to do this, or anything else with the queen. He is merely an administrator.

It's starting to bomb now. There's only crap or financial around. Two areas I don't do. Which is a bugger as I'm trying to get cash out of people thanks to a bank balance of £23.75...

Time to let out the baseball bat wearing skinheads to collect invoice dues.

    Gordo needs help

Although the economy is good receipts to the treasury are dropping it seems , Gordos debt problem is getting worse.

He need to seek advice from one of thoes debt advice companies and the first thing they will tell him is that he needs to admit there is a problem , bit like alcoholics really.

Once hes got over this then a debt restructuring programme has to be put in place , selling off a few assets , Stone Henge , Buck Palace , maybe a few Scottish ones like Balmoral.

Stick the Queen in a 4 bed detatched to cut costs and then above all take away his line of credit , IMF , PPP's etc.

I would advise a low credit score with International credit agencies something like a CCC for UK PLC. and just to make sure he dosent get any under the counter credit from loan shark countries like US , Japan etc. then we give that natty bird on American TV who sorts out credit problems to monitor the whole thing.

Indeed Bin Laden is just a cover story. If you really want to **** up the global economy just vote in a couple of oil loving meglomanaics that want to 'spread' peace, love n democracy across the globe in thier own special way.

Oh dear. We've already done that!

Start of the decade. It's always the start of the decade. Managers with nothing better to do get inspired by a year ending in "0" to clean out old stuff and start the new decade with new systems they don't understand. This rapidly causes business failures and losses leading to lack of funding and therefore a period of lowered employment starting just before the end of year xxx1.

You didn't think it was Bin Laden that did it, did you? Managerial incompetence is much more likely and more powerful.

My makers didn't factor in the effects of Heisenbergs Uncertainty Principal during time travel hence I'm thirty-seven times older than the Universe itself so you'd expect a bit of wear n tear.

As for the rat it's been nibbling at my opto-magnetic receivers.

Oh god whats the point? It's so depressing.

And a brain the size of a planet?

Looking at the sudden drop, nay plunge, of the stock market I would say it's today.

Contract in government - no such thing as a recession or downturn.

For that matter, no such thing as 'work' or 'intelligence'.
