When I really need to code in the zone, I usually find The Prodigy, Scooter, Foo Fighters etc, with the headphones in, get me there.

How do others block out the noise or concentrate?
On a new project where I need to read 5 different legal contracts which contain 5 different payment deductions processes. The complexity I have never seen the like of before.
Unlike coding(where I can put on headphones I cannot do it when reading and trying to understand something)
The office was to noisy so I tried to find a quiet room. All booked. So then I sat in the car for two hours in the car park with the heating on. Once I got fed up with that I went home where I got a few hours done. Now this morning, some inconsiderate in the house next door has decided today is the day he's going to hammer & laugh.
Any suggestions to where I can go or what I can do to be able to concentrate on these for a few days?
White noise.

Rent a remote villa on some warm sunny island in blue seas and fly out today.

Get some of these:
SafeSound Ultra Earplugs from Macks at Snorestore
Put some of these over the top of them (don't play any music, obviously):
Sennheiser UK - HD 280 PRO
