    extreme temperatures! sick of it

    Is it just me, or is the temperature just going through the bloody roof lately? Even with the air conditioner on 24 hours a day I have to seek relief in the pool frequently and drink so many iced cocktails I can barely stay sober more than ten minutes at a time. Not to mention the poor local ladies forced by the beating sun to strip down to dental floss. Oh well, stiff upper lip and all that.
