    St Patricks day is always a good one.

    St George's - not so much.

    Waitangi day coming up soon, where the Maori (should) celebrate the fact that New Zealand wasn't colonised by the Dutch or the French, and that they're not Australian aboriginals.

    Best ethnic day for me was at the family longhouse in borneo for gawai (harvest festival). With chinese whiskey (not recommended) and home made fried chicken (recommended).
