I am having an official Mexican day today.


It's ages since I had an ethnic related day. What was your best ever ethnic day ?

Burns night, always fun and lots of nice food.

St Patricks day is always a good one.

St George's - not so much.

Waitangi day coming up soon, where the Maori (should) celebrate the fact that New Zealand wasn't colonised by the Dutch or the French, and that they're not Australian aboriginals.

Best ethnic day for me was at the family longhouse in borneo for gawai (harvest festival). With chinese whiskey (not recommended) and home made fried chicken (recommended).
