    Water bills to rise by up to 8.8pc - Telegraph

    Ofwat, the water industry regulator, announced that charges would go up by an average of 5.7 per cent in England and Wales from April, ahead of inflation.

    Customers of southern Water will see their combined water and sewerage bill rise by 8.2 per cent or £31 – the highest increase of those offering both services.



    Quick fire up them printing presses! We don't want to be engulfed by deflation do we?
