    Yep they should have their every move watched.

    thy are being tagged for a reason - e.g. they cannot be trusted to live like a normal human being.

    So when breaches of the tagging occur the subject should be shot with some sort of muscle inhibitor and the police informed of their whereabouts.

    Whether the police pick them up or leave them in the street for the night will be the risk the offender takes in trying to break the curfew.

    Yes, they should be tracked by GPS & if they are outside after a curfew or within so many metres of where they shouldn't be the tag should tazer them until they go home again. In fact, there should just be more tazering.
