    Any children? My wife was given one six months ago, downloaded several screenfuls of apps for children, mostly educational games, and 18 month-old is a proficient and enthusiastic user. (She does regularly drop it on the living room wood floor though, so she's not allowed to use it unsupervised any more.)

    That iCade is pretty nifty. Apparently it also works with Mame if you have a jailbroken iPad.

    I'm adding this to my list of 'stuff to buy when I run out of other stuff to buy', just below the full size Mame arcade cabinet.

    Edit: A quick shufty on Google says that the iCade now works with Android based tablets for those not wanting to pay the Apple Tax.
