    BBC News 24

One person with a Gun and 3 Hand Grenades blew themselves up at a bus-stop.

Appears not to be terrorism, but some drug dealer(?). Motives unknown.

3 dead, (attacker and 3 others, a 15yr, 17 yr old and 65yr old woman) with up to 75 injured.

They showed some pictures of the police standing around drinking coffee and people evacuating the area.

Belgium grenade attack: latest - Telegraph

15:07 De Standaard, another Belgian paper, initially reported that the attack might be linked to an escape from the Liege Palace of Justice, however, it later clarified that this was not the case. It is not clear if any such escape attempt was opportunistic or actually took place at all.
14:14 Belgium's Le Soir newspaper has named one of the attackers as Nordine Amrani, a man they say was known to police. He was killed in the attacks.

It usually is close to civil war. Then wotsisface de Winter from the Flemish nationalists got in a huff and said he'd move to Namibia. Then the Namibians told him to fook off, so he came back.

Maybe the US are having a practice run for when they have to step in to save Europe from the Germans.
