Germans desperate fundraising measures

Received this text today:

"URGENT! If you took out a Bank Loan prior to 2007 then you are almost certainly entitled to £2900 in compensation. To claim text ‘YES’"

Note the initial caps on 'Bank Loan'. Germans do that on their nouns. We know it's you Merkel.
