Perhaps they don't agree that throwing good money after bad, filling bankers pockets, debasing currencies and savings and taking on debt to pay off debt and indepting future generations indefinitely is the way to go, especially as it's what got us into this mess in the first place and what has been tried for the last 10 years. Those crazy Germans.

So Merv has sent out some warning signals today
Bank says economic climate 'extraordinarily serious'
Banks should brace themselves to withstand the "extraordinarily serious and threatening" economic situation, the Bank of England governor has said.
Across the channel in Euroland, eurocrats Merkozy are pushing for fiscal and political union via treaty changes to solve the Euro's imminent problems (which could take months and months), whilst the realists who actually know how the money system really works and more importantly - how to use a calculator - are already issuing orders to our City to batten down their hatches and load their shotguns.
The next fortnight sounds like its going to be a real bloodbath...
