Thought I should try to become Godlike for my birthday, but I may have left it a bit late.

Contract up until end Jan, expect another extension if all goes Ok. Have two weeks enforced break over Xmas where I shall mostly be in the pub.

Contract until end of December but expect another extension. I'm on project plan until April so thats a good sign I guess.....

Considering asking for a slight rate increase too. Not too much probably about 7.5% or so.

One reason for this is I'm paid in euros, so have lost a but in the last few months.
Also, things have changed at the client quite a bit recently and I'm pretty much the only one doing what I do now which means loads of extra responsibility.

Of course, whether the client/agent will go for it is another matter.

Edit, well maybe if something pops up tomorrow.

I think its been funny lately, when most people expected it to be quite up to Christmas a fair number has managed to get new contracts or at least extensions. Compare this to the same time last year when I was looking it was dead, with a short sharp upturn in the first few weeks of Januray

Mine just never seems to end. I see a pipeline all the way to August 2012 now.

    Someone please kill me.

I was expecting to be done at the end of this year but just got a 3 month extension to 30/03/12 with no rate change.
