    This one, they recommend not taking children (according to Private Eye).

    Plus they were going to charge £20 an autograph, until Stephen Moffat said he wouldn't charge (for some of them)

    There is a reluctance among general practitioners to refer you to a specialist.

    IMO it's better to get private consultation for diagnosis and then use our NHS for treatment.
