    Someone got let go here a couple of weeks back on the spot, don't think he was "up to scratch".

    A contractor got kicked off site here last week.

    He rolled out the wrong package to a bunch of servers. Unfortunately this one contained a reboot.

    Apparently brought down a bunch of banking systems for half an hour.

    Contract terminated on the spot.

    But for the grace of god and all that...
