gf chef has her inherited house on the market, she received this email today

1st email written in google translated bad german simply was a 1 line statement saying he is interested in the property after seeing it on the german housing agency website immobilean scout and although he is working away he would like further information, no hint given on what info wanted.

gf chef replied in both english and german with information on the upcoming house viewing day for any interested people and asked what other information he would require as he never specified.

2nd email received today:
