    Why do you think the CPS has gone mad?

    Seems to me the mad old bint put the doll in the window because she doesn't like her neighbours.

    The CPS can't prove it was her so there's no case to answer, on reflection Mad Binty McMad has now realised how stupid it was to put the doll in the window in the first place.

    It was the Police who presented the case to the CPS - blame them.
