    PS We had this conversation a few weeks back. Agree with aTW. Get on with your neighbours if possible, make friends with them, never!, totally wrong thing to do, you will never get the bastards off your backs. Me and nice elderly neighbour were both tidying our front gardens this morning. Nice innocuous conversation about lawns, hosepipe ban etc and back to weeding. Perfect.
