    I've vaguely heard of it. Used by lots of telecoms companies? Sounded like it was a skill in demand at the moment.

    Salesforce would be another one.

    Chordiant = CRM software

    Most agents take the view that if you have worked on a few CRM systems, you can work on any.

    Unless the customer asked for Chordiant experience.

    Not much of an advantage, unless you have never worked on a CRM system.

    As you can see money ranks over technology for me.

    Been offered a gig in this with training and wondered if it would be a skill worth having or just another word to fling on the CV when the job is done.

    Heard it is fairly niche and can pay well but the great Bible jobserve really does not seem to back that up.
