That is the problem with coalitions. You get the worst of both worlds without really getting the best of either.

** Personally I do not see a "best" in the Lib Dems at all.

People need to be more honest about how much they eat and drink if obesity levels are to be cut

the strategy was labelled "pathetic and stupid" by experts, who warned it would to little to solve the problem.
