    Yes.

    Apparently by law they required to do it for seller to have up to date info or something - booked meeting to make appoint solicitors tomorrow and start proper mortgage process, now where did I put those last 3 pay slips

    The trouble with your gene pool shaunnyboy, is that it didn't have a lifeguard son. So I'd be a bit more concerned about passing them genes on, than worrying about someone not bothering to spell check.

    but I guess being a bit of a spunk monkey, there's no chance of reproducing anyway, so Darwinism does work...
