and I cannot get the damn db out of roll forward state no matter how I try

hmmm, stop working, communicate clearly to your line management the issue and say you
are taking time off to go to the consultancy middle man, speak personally to the people involved and get this situation sorted out

I'm doing a refresh and have another 8 to do after this
oh well pays the bills dunnit
as an aside, it's good to see lots of new faces here

what to do ?
hmmm, stop working, communicate clearly to your line management the issue and say you
