I am currently keeping a clse eye on both rental and sale markets as we plan to move soon. To be honest I've always kept one eye on the markets to see whats been happening.

And there's no way that figure can be right....got to be the absolute worst case or some very creative accounting. Renting a £130K house will cost around 500-600 pcm in most decent areas of Brum.

We looked at a house recently where it was both up for rent and sale - the sale price £329K and the rental £800 pcm, although to be honest they could've got more rent than this. Most 200K-250K houses rent for around 700-800pcm.

Which property ramping arsehole writes this rubbish? How does this tulip get published?
