Although Britain is still a member of the UN Security council, not many delegates want to hang around to listen to David Cameron. (look 2 minutes into the video).

Unsurprisingly the BBC tones this down but ironically the three articles by Jeremy Bowen of the BBC has made much about Amadinajad’s speech and his small audience which in fact was larger than David Cameron’s.
