No need for a Human Rights Act. I am sure Italy has plenty of enforceable legislation around criminal assault, which I expect you would all like to see enforced, so that law-breaking police officers are brought to justice for their criminality.

That's why Italy has a massive deficit compared to GDP and is next to go under after Greece.
