Hearing Orange Crush for the first time as a young pup was certainly a musical defining moment for me, I cannot say I am a big REM fan but some of their songs are of the highest quality.

Aw, I like REM. Great songs to slit your wrists to. Saw them at Hyde Park a few years ago.
Although I never really got why Michael Stipe did that blue stripe thing. He looked like a teenage hero mutatnt turtle (only a bit older). Leonardo wasn't it?
