    So far Bob has sent his code to me three times for review this morning ... about maybe a dozen lines of trivial code.

    Three times i've sent it back.

    I'm not sure he is even compiling it.

    He does not seem to understand the concept of error handling.

    The attitude seems to be "yeah that looks ok...done".

    He's modifying my code and i'm getting shirty.

    We sacked one last week. This one might be following him.
