As part of the celebrations Dover Libraries are running a competition to win a radio-controlled Dalek of your own.

To enter the competition come up with an answer to the following question: If you were were a Time Lord - where would you travel in time and why?

Go forward to just after the next Grand National, then back to place my bets !
I'd probably do it once a year - I'm not greedy
