    Nice one

Instead of "coaching" - could you not be a training consultant ?

    X 10 Shun and 'Pro-mo-shun'!

Don't know how long, but at least another month and beyond to end of project. Director of e-commerce has asked me to 'coach' another test manager in management aspects and CIO has asked me to 'assist' Technical Director with sorting out the mess in his organisation (read; tell him how to do his job). Should I now discuss the rate for ' coaching directors' or 'interim director'?
