    That's really sad. I got quite hooked on the series the second time it was on, and still have the second series (that is the prequel without him in it) on my Sky HD box to watch again.

    It shows just how much cancer can be random bad luck. My cousin was pretty fit too, and died at 36.

    I remember an Aussie test cricketer getting that in the 1990s (Simon O'Donnell?), but he recovered.
