Gastric bands are no good. you need the stomach stapled to be effective.

Sorry but I am in the wrong business.

If the first hypnotic therapy session does not work they ask you to come in to get it tightened at an extra charge.

"3 2 1, the band is tightened, that will be 50 quid please"
