The King's Speech is the equivalent of one of the Bob livelehood-suckers I'm training telling me about the latest Bollywood epic that I really must see. Zero interest, zero chance I'm going to see it. Watched the King's Speech on a plane to the US and I thought it was absolutely wonderful. I'm seriously not looking forward to that Air India flight to repay the favour with Aak Vin Indeep An.
This post makes no sense. Granted it's 5:49am , but I'm fairly certain it's bollox.

Listen up pooch, never let the facts get in the way of a good story.
Look at Braveheart for instance.
and the Madness of King George III was a fantastic play written by Alan Bennett, latterly a film. I thought the film was well done and kept the simplicity of the play.
Whatever happened historically in actuality will never work un Hollywoodland.
WHS, and I like any film with Helena Bonham Carter
Granted, she's saucy, and has aged very well (on screen), but you can't seriously say you'd sit through two hours of "A Room with a view" just for a glimpse of HBC?
Both Lionel Logue and King George VI were Freemasons a fact that the film fails to mention. In fact King George VI attributed his Lodge work with helping to overcome his stammer.
Just thought I'd let you chaps have that snippet of information.

I found it to be a delightful look at a relationship between two men from different ends of the social spectrum. Though it was a little over done.
It also gave a revealing glimpse into the trials and tribulations of being a Royal, though again somewhat twisted.
