Now, that's not the reason I go to the gym but if it were, I'd expect a bit more in return for my investment.
Then, later in the day, research suggests that people who watch 6 hours tv per day may reduce their life expectancy by 5 years.
I wish they'd all stop reporting these tiresome, probably meaningless statistics. It's tedious and, sometimes, downright depressing; the other morning R4 were saying that the average male has a 1 in 5 chance of a heart attack.
Cheers, I thought, that's brightened up my day no end.
Think I shall have a bit of SLF as the accompaniment to my morning drive for the rest of the week.
