I spent 6 months contracting in China and NEVER came across a prawn cracker...I suspect it's a UK thing...certainly not Chinese.
However, if you really want a treat, see if you can find a Chinese resturant that does chicken feet. Only one I've found so far was in Eastbourne of all places! But they are really nice if you can get your head around what it is you are eating....but I ate some things I never thought I would and I'm still alive...
