Good news for BTLers, bad news for AtW

Rents hit another record high - FT.com

Yields now at 5%+ and house prices ever rising too in the SE/London. Add in the ConDems desire for ever more immigrants (has Labour actually ever left power?) and negative real interest rates, BTL will run and run.
