It's the damage the press have done abroad that is really hurting the UK. I'm in a country where the press can say what they want but it must be absolutely true and not slander etc - contrary to popular UK belief. The British press give China a hard time citing no free press - and get themselves banned so they make up stories. The Chinese accept the press as fact because it is here, unfortunately the British press are negative about China - and the Chinese believe that to be the view of the British population. Britains trade figures with China are very bad I wonder why and who was it who destroyed the World Cup bid.
