Oh great ! I will go withdraw my equity in my house now because I want to go on a holiday to Jamaica innit ? After all my house has increased in value and its my money innit ? After I spend this cashola I want to splash on a BMW Mini as well so please god let me withdraw more equity from my house.

They've probably been predicting that since 2001 though, like most of us. One day they may be right.
