    I distinctly remember a stream of MPs telling us how the Police would only use terrorism laws for terrorists.

    So how can this happen.
    Police said on Thursday afternoon there had been no terrorist incident.
    He confirmed the arrests were made under the Terrorism Act 2000 and said it gave officers the opportunity to investigate "what appears to be a complex set of circumstances".
