I need a course on how to
1) take lots of money from stupid people.
I think NewLabour have mastered that one big time.

I have used it (and paid for it through payroll) and worked well. I also got the Instant Mentoring which was handy with one particular interview research

can this sort of thing be claimed as a legitimate business expense ??????
also things like oreilly's safari ????
I believe the wording for legitimate training expense says something about it directly relating to your job ... eg. as part of your job you produce documentation so a Word course would be okay, but if you're a lorry driver a Word course would not be ...
does this mean that as a "developer" - working on a say SQL Server project - a SQL Server course is okay - but an Oracle course isn't???????????

Did Alexei's training in this field not work out for you?

Parasol Training
I'm very tempted by the Parasol training website http://parasoltraining.com/
£250 gets you 12 months access to all of their courses and since i'm out of work at the moment i've got plenty of time to get myself certified (MCDBA hopefully) - although i will have to go elsewhere for the actual exams.
Has anyone here had any experience with this type of course? Could you recommend this or do you advise to stay well clear?
Cheers
