I guess cos I'm relatively new and don't know most of the regulars very well or have met them outside the forum that the whole sock puppet thing is of no interest - if someone wants to run multiple accounts then cool, if someone thinks I'm actually someone else's sockie then so what? OK so it maybe different for peeps who've been here a long time but to me it's just noise - which is unfortunate because it can be a really funny and entertaining place!!

I'm petitioning the mods to create a sockie filter - a new forum view in which all posts which mention sockies get filtered out - including this one
