    Every little (bribe ?) helps

    Just been watching in the news about the collapse of the tunnell in Gerrards Cross (Bucks) where they were trying to built a Tesco superstore complete with car park literally above a busy railway line !!!
    Apparently the local council as well as Bucks County Council refused them planning permission but were overruled by the Office of the Deputy Dawg ('We need another million houses in the SE Green belt').
    Anyone personally suing him for criminal damages ?
